My friends from school enjoy running and participate in an annual 5km race in our town. Another event held over the summer was an obstacle mud run.

 

At the time, I was 22 pounds overweight and could barely manage a 2km run at a slow pace.

My friends regularly engage in physical activities that are difficult for me to keep up with, so sometimes I choose not to join them. This started affecting my relationships with them, as I missed spending time with most of them.

 

I had to seriously reflect on my weight and health. By the end of the year, I decided to create a plan and commit to a more disciplined daily exercise routine, along with changing my eating habits.

After 40 days, I had lost 6 pounds. But two weeks later, I gained the weight back, and by day 50, I was 25 pounds overweight. It was discouraging. My body seemed to resist change and always wanted to return to its previous weight. I had tried several times before, and the rebound effect always held me back. I believed that if I could sustain the initial weight loss for an extra month, my body would adjust, and the weight would stay off.

I felt disheartened because I had tried so many different weight loss strategies without success. I even joined my local gym and worked out intensely every day, but I didn’t see any noticeable changes in my weight. I attended a pump class and a weightlifting class daily, but the weight would always creep back.

Then, our weightlifting instructor moved to another city, and the new instructor focused more on perfecting form than on speed. One day, I had the chance to meet her personally. Her name is Cindy, and she has a wonderful personality. She’s passionate about inspiring and motivating people to be healthy, and she’s also a licensed nutritionist.

Cindy explained that sometimes our bodies need a little extra help from nutritional supplements to kick-start weight loss and maintain it for the first month or two. After that, weight loss becomes more manageable. She encouraged me to continue my current exercise routine and gave me a complimentary bottle of Colon Detox, Liver Detox, and Weight Loss capsules to take daily.

I started by taking the Colon Detox first thing in the morning with a full glass of water, followed by my green tea latte. Then, about two hours later, I took the Liver Detox between breakfast and lunch, and the Weight Loss capsules before bed.

 

The results were incredible! After four weeks, I had lost 10 pounds, and from there, I continued to lose 2 to 3 pounds per week without the rebound effect I had experienced before. After about three months, I was back to the slim figure I had in high school.

I now weigh 130 pounds and can easily keep up with my friends during those long runs. It’s amazing how finding the right missing piece of the puzzle can make such a difference.
