Liver Disease Story

My journey to save my liver and my life wasn’t easy. After my 30th birthday, I started consuming a lot of junk food. As a single dad with little time to prepare meals, I ended up eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner from fast food chains. Three to four nights a week, I would also order pizza or other takeout to my home.
I lived like this for about six years without any noticeable health issues. I gained some weight, but it didn’t bother me much. I figured that because I worked in construction, ran my own company, and lived in Florida, I was always physically active and sweating a lot, which helped me avoid problems.
One night, after eating chicken wings from a local restaurant, I started experiencing mild stomach pain. I tried to wait it out, hoping it would go away. But by 2 a.m., I couldn’t bear the pain any longer, so I went to the emergency room. The hospital was 10 miles away, so I had to ask my neighbor to drive me while his wife stayed with my kids.
In the ER, they gave me something for the pain. By 7 a.m., I had a blood test, and by noon, I was in the operating room. The following day, the doctor came to my room and told me I had fatty liver disease.
He explained that the blood flow to and from my liver wasn’t good because of inflammation in the liver veins, and the liver wasn’t processing fats properly. The worst part was that the biopsy showed early signs of liver fibrosis.
The doctor asked if I drank alcohol, and I told him that I didn’t often, maybe on special occasions or three beers a week. He then asked about my diet and said I needed to make significant changes. He warned that if I didn’t drastically improve my diet and reduce my obesity, I would eventually face liver failure, possibly requiring a liver transplant or resulting in death.
After the hospitalization, I started making changes to my diet. Three months later, I had another test, and the doctor said I was improving but needed to try harder. The hardest part was preparing meals since I was always on the go.
That’s when I came across the "Liver Detox" supplement online. I followed the instructions and took it for 30 days after my last doctor’s test. I lost 5 pounds within the month, even though I didn’t change my diet much. I then learned about "Colon Detox" for weight loss and bought two bottles.
After 60 days, I had lost an additional 10 pounds. At that point, I became committed and started looking for more products to help control my hunger and lose more weight. So, I added the "Weight Loss Capsules" and "Fiber" supplements. All four of these products helped me shed more pounds.
At my next doctor’s visit, I was 32 pounds lighter, and the doctor was impressed. My test results showed significant improvement, and we scheduled a follow-up for six months later.
As for my diet changes: In the morning, I took the colon detox with my coffee and started making breakfast at home. I woke up earlier, usually having granola and milk. For lunch, I still ate fast food but eliminated soda and fries, replacing them with an extra meat patty. I also took a spoon of veggie fiber after lunch and drank plenty of water throughout the day. For dinner, I focused on eating mostly protein, like beans or meat, with minimal carbs. I also took two spoons of fiber since my routine didn’t include many vegetables. I took the weight loss capsules before bed.
At my last doctor’s visit, I had lost 70 pounds and felt much better mentally, physically, and emotionally. I still enjoyed some of my favorite foods on the weekends, but my liver disease had been reversed, and my liver was now processing fats properly.
When I started, my weight was 275 pounds at 5 feet 7 inches, which was a lot for my frame. But in about 11 months, I reached a healthy weight of 180 pounds.
I’m truly grateful to Ron for guiding me on this journey.
